Job summary

IST Management Services is hiring for a Hospitality/Copy/Mail Team Member—Full-Time in Chicago. The role involves operating mailing, copy and fax equipment, supporting hospitality duties, and maintaining top customer service standards.

The position offers a daytime M-F schedule with potential overtime, dress code expectations, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, 401k, and PTO. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; college degree is a plus and may fast-track to management.
• Customer service or hospitality/retail background is preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment; can lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment.
• Assist with hospitality duties (conference room setup, light food handling training, kitchen supply restock).
• Maintain high levels of customer care with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Handle shipping/receiving; order supplies and restock inventory.
• Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a high-volume production environment.
• Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
