Propark Mobility in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a full-time Greeter/Attendant for a medical parking garage. You will warmly welcome patients, visitors, and staff, help them locate parking and the correct entrance, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, calmness under pressure, and a friendly presence to set the tone for each visit. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a warm, welcoming presence.
• Able to read situations and respond with patience.
• Available for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Assist guests with parking, entrances, and locating appointments.
• Recognize when someone needs extra help and respond with patience and care.
• Stay calm and kind with stressed or frustrated guests; resolve issues professionally.
• Respect patient privacy and handle interactions discreetly.
• Issue tickets and record required information on each one.
• Complete daily shift paperwork and transactions by parking rate.
• Follow service standards: wear the uniform, greet, answer questions, and thank guests.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks when asked.
• Support special projects as assigned by location management.
