Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Response in Baltimore, MD. You will serve clients in healthcare locations, perform patrols, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This role involves a daytime schedule across shifts. The position requires 2+ years of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to site leadership and emergency responders.
