Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for the Moberly Regional Medical Center in Moberly, Missouri. Shifts include 1st 7am–3:30pm and 2nd 3pm–11:30pm, with rotational weekends and holidays.

Immediate offers for qualified candidates are available. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, restrooms, trash disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• Experience in janitorial industry or medical cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes fixtures and surfaces throughout facilities.
• Cleans rooms, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other areas.
• Sweeps, vacuums floors, dusts furniture and equipment.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.

Xanitos is Hiring Full-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 1st and 2nd shift at Moberly Regional Medical Center- Moberly, MO.

Job Overview:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
