Job summary

Metropoltian Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) seeks an Environmental Services/Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and support infection control standards. The role entails custodial duties across patient and public areas, routine cleaning, and minor repairs to keep the facility presentable.

Scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday rotation; overtime and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance and custodial experience preferred, especially in healthcare facilities.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties cleaning the hospital to create a safe, risk-free environment.
• Dusting, mopping, sanitizing lobbies, restrooms, hallways and general upkeep.
• Perform minor repairs throughout the facility as needed.
