Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $24.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care such as baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens
• Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
• Skin care to prevent breakdown
• Assisting with toileting activities
• Keeping patient's living area clean and orderly
• Assisting with self-administration of medication
• Adhering to documentation and care standards
• Meeting productivity expectations as needed

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification
• Meets training requirements per state and federal laws
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read, follow instructions, and document care
• Self-directed with minimal supervision
• Empathy and good personal hygiene
• Current CPR certification
• Licensed driver with insured, reliable vehicle
