Starting pay: $23.05 per hour!

• Starting wage: $19.65 (new starting rate!)
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

Flexible scheduling options:

• 8-hour shifts

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Performing and documenting patient care according to individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Monitoring and recording nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel and bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Supporting therapies by encouraging and promoting patient well-being.
• Observing and reporting significant changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Providing excellent hospitality and customer service, fostering a positive environment for healing and growth.

Requirements to join our EPIC team:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and passing the certification test.
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative care.
• Team-oriented attitude and dedication to supporting colleagues.
