Cotswold Gardens, Inc. is an established landscape and design company serving Chester and Delaware Counties and Greater Wilmington. We are seeking a professional, experienced horticulturalist who can think independently and work with a team.

Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of gardening practices, plant identification, and pruning, with experience installing and maintaining gardens, leading a crew, and communicating progress to clients and the project manager.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of gardening practices, plant identification, and pruning methods.
• Experience installing and maintaining gardens.
• Ability to lead a crew in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and co-workers.
• Communicate progress and needs of projects to project manager.
• Complete paperwork pertaining to jobs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record; CDL a bonus.
