Job summary

Capitol Home Health, a family-owned healthcare agency serving Central Texas, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct home care services in Leander/Cedar Park and surrounding areas.

The RN will emphasize community health education, collaborate with families and care teams, and direct patient care within home settings. Texas RN license and CPR certification required; 1–2 years acute care with home health preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification with in-person practical evaluation.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct home care services for patients.
• Educate patients and families on community health needs.
• Coordinate with care teams to deliver competent in-home nursing care.
