Job summary

Capitol Home Health in Central Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct home care services for individuals and families within their homes and communities.

The RN role emphasizes community health education/experience and requires a Texas RN license. BSN preferred, with 1–2 years of acute care, and 1 year home health experience preferred. CPR is mandatory, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (state of employment) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1–2 years of acute care experience in a hospital or institutional setting.
• 1 year of home health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification with in-person skills evaluation.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct home health services.
• Provide community health education/experience.
• Coordinate care with community resources to meet patient needs.
