The PTA will work in Warren and Claiborne Counties, providing patient-focused home health therapy. Requirements include an Associates degree in Physical Therapy, valid CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to all

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver and able to travel to all locations.
• Be able to implement care plans and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist and physician.

Responsibilities
