• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing the plan of care.
• Provides PT services within scope of practice per state laws and plan of care, coordinating with the health care team.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to supervising nurse/physician.
• Treats patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning to acceptable standards.
• Instructs patient, family, and care team about the plan of care, limitations, and progress toward goals.
• Completes evaluations and develops the PT plan of care per state guidelines and submits progress notes per policy.
