Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Washington state.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional status and determine therapy plan of care.
• Provide PT services within scope of practice and plan of care.
• Document progress notes for each visit and update PLT/frequency.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care and progress toward goals.
• Ensure care aligns with state guidelines and physician directives.
