Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring for a full-time DISHWASHER at our Seattle location. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas in sanitary condition, contributing to smooth kitchen operations.

We require prior high-volume dishwashing experience, and the shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with some days varying. Competitive pay and internal referral bonus are offered as part of our team benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume dishwashing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or loads racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using suitable equipment; maintains sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies.
