Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering in Culver City is hiring for a full-time Dishwasher. Location: 10000 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with duties including cleaning dishes, pots and prep areas, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Two years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant is required.

Responsibilities

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures.
Polishes silver and cleans surfaces to maintain sanitation.
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
Removes trash and maintains cleaning routines.
