Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and implementing IEPs aligned to standards.
• Strong PBIS-based behavior management and collaboration with families.
• Certification and clearance per AZ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans with accommodations aligned to IEP goals and state standards.
• Adapt curriculum to meet individual student needs.
• Lead PBIS implementation and monitor behavior with parent communication.
• Supervise paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Attend and lead IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
• Assess and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with related service providers and families.
• Support assistive technology and augmentative communication devices.
