Sentara Southside Hematology & Oncology is seeking a BC/BE physician to join the growing team at Sentara Halifax Hospital in South Boston, Virginia.

About the Opportunity:

• Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, part of Sentara Health, an award-winning, not-for-profit healthcare system.
• Join 2 established physicians with APP support.
• Office hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm.
• 10-bed infusion center located at the hospital.
• Nurse navigator on site.
• Palliative Care program launching Spring 2025.
• New hospital opening Summer 2026.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $540,000 + productivity incentives.
• Up to $20,000/year Quality Performance Incentive.
• Sign-on/Commencement bonus.
