Sentara Southside Hematology & Oncology is seeking a BC/BE physician to join the growing team at Sentara Halifax Hospital, in beautiful South Boston, Virginia.

About the Opportunity:

• Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, a division of award winning, Sentara Health, an integrated, not-for-profit healthcare delivery system.
• Join 2 established physicians with APP support.
• Office hours, M-F, 8am to 5pm
• 10-bed infusion Center at hospital/Practice on the hospital campus.
• Nurse navigator on site.
• Palliative Care program opening Spring, 2025.
• Beautiful new hospital opening, Summer, 2026!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary - $540,000 + Productivity Compensation
• Quality Performance Incentive - up to $20,000/year
• Generous Sign-on/Commencement bonus
• Annual CME allowance - $5,500.
