TouchPoint is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead in Appleton, WI. The role reports to the housekeeping leadership and oversees clinical area housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness and patient comfort. The position offers a 7:00 am to 3:30 pm schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.

Previous healthcare and/or housekeeping experience is preferred. Online applications are accepted; pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour with full-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure unit standards are met.
• Train staff and inspect performance for quality service.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Distribute and update assignment sheets and communicate changes.
• Ensure proper key, radio, and beeper distribution and security.
