Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, is hiring a dependable Housekeeper/Custodian for a full-time role. You will clean resident homes, common areas, and support teams to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping or custodial experience. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required; lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean resident homes, apartments, and suites.
• Clean floors and sanitize public restrooms.
• Handle trash and recycling throughout the community.
• Maintain laundry rooms and common areas.
• Assist with residential deep cleaning and refurbishment cleaning for new residents.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety practices and use PPE.
