Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long‑term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
• Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas per facility standards.
• Maintain public and common areas, including lobbies and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility.
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as handrails, furniture, and fixtures.
• Report equipment issues and supply needs to the Housekeeping Director.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
• Work independently and with the team to meet schedules.
