Vista Real Post Acute is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join the team full-time. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe spaces for residents and staff. Pay ranges from $17.48 to $18.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications include healthcare- or related-setting experience, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail. Benefits are provided to eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or related setting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move housekeeping equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and disinfect according to standards.
• Dispose of trash and biohazard materials properly.
• Replenish paper products, soap dispensers, and supplies.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols at all times.
• Report maintenance and supply needs promptly.
• Respond courteously to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
