Vista Real Post Acute is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our full-time team. We maintain clean, safe patient areas and common spaces to support a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, hospitality or related setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and disinfect designated areas per standards.
• Dispose of trash and biohazard materials properly.
• Replenish paper products, soap dispensers, and supplies.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols at all times.
• Report maintenance concerns and supply needs promptly.
• Interact courteously with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
