Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Carry trays to patients in the dining area and halls.
• Clean tables and dining areas after meals; maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments (sandwiches, etc.).
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and utensils as directed.
