Qualifications

• Able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing hardscape materials like pavers and stone.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and help customers load purchases.
• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
• Perform inventory checks and help manage stock levels.
• Provide information and advice on product use and installation.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer service procedures.
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely.
