Honey Homes in Los Angeles' Westside, including Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey, is seeking a seasoned handyman/maintenance technician for steady, full-time work close to home. You'll repair and maintain residential properties across multiple trades, with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, no evenings or weekends.

Earn $36/hr (approximately $75k/year), plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days onboard, with 100% paid health, vision, and dental, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on handyman/maintenance experience in residential work.
• Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall.
• Attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Reliable vehicle, driver's license and own tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance and remodel work across multiple trades.
• Keep home systems on preventive maintenance for route homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trust in clients' homes.
• Use the app to track jobs, tasks and schedules.
