Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Team Member to assist in maintaining the Clubhouse and grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience in basic mechanics, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and/or drywall.
• Trade school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and servicing HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Complete maintenance tasks like patching, painting, and drywall repair.
• Use hand and machine tools for repairs.
• Report issues and maintain logs of tasks performed.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Comply with corporate policies and OSHA rules.
