Full-Time Gynecologic Oncology Physician or Gynecology Physician

This position is located at Mercy Health – Fairfield Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. It offers a full-time schedule with balanced patient load, comprehensive support, and resources to provide exceptional care. The selected candidates will be responsible for one week of call per month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality gynecologic oncology or general gynecology care to patients.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatments of gynecologic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology or Gynecology.
• Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Schedule & Call Coverage

• Full-time position with a reasonable patient workload.
• One week of call per month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.
