Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for Southern Avenue Villas in Mesa, AZ. You will support property maintenance with grounds care, trash pickup, and routine upkeep under the supervision of the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $17.00–$19.00. Lifting up to 30 lb and possible bilingual abilities are appreciated; company policies and procedures are to be followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lb up stairs.
• Grounds care and trash pickup.
• Work under the direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Understand company policies.
