Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, landscaping and parking areas in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing units for move-in.
• Respond to requests and provide excellent resident service.
• Assist with snow removal and salting of sidewalks and entryways.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning as needed.
