Job summary

Eenhoorn LLC is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper for Arrowhead Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be responsible for preparing units for move-in, general upkeep of the grounds, parking lots, and common areas, and providing excellent resident service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, with preference for prior grounds or landscaping experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, landscaping and parking lots.
• Prepare units for move-in.
• Monitor and repair/clean gauges, trash areas, property exteriors, sprinkling systems and fences.
• Submit requests for supplies to Property Manager.
• Keep property curb appeal.
• Keep work supplies organized.
• Assist with snow removal and salting.
• May perform some pool maintenance.
• Provide high level of customer service to residents.
• Participate in other tasks including minor maintenance and light cleaning.

We currently have an opening for Full-Time Groundskeeper for our property Arrowhead Apartments, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Job Summary

As the Groundskeeper you will be responsible for preparing the units for move-in, general upkeep and cleanliness of a section of the apartment community, including parking lot, grounds surrounding the buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, mechanical rooms, and sprinkler systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping and parking lots
• Assists in preparing units for move-in
• May monitor and repair/clean gauges, trash areas, pets, property exteriors, property hallways, sprinkling systems and fences
• Submit requests for supplies to Property Manager
• Keep property curb appeal in great condition at all times
• Keep work supplies organized in storage areas
• Assist with snow removal and salting on sidewalks and entry ways
• Some pool maintenance may be required
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents
• Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned; including some minor maintenance and light cleaning
