Apartment Management Professionals, AMP Residential, is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper for Aspen Lakes and Wyndham Hill Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes maintaining grounds, performing seasonal tasks, and supporting maintenance staff at two properties with on-site housing options.

Qualified candidates should have attention to detail, customer service skills, and be willing to work outdoors in swap conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping preferred, but training may be provided.
• 1 year of Groundskeeper experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Excellent customer service and team oriented.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in heat of summer and cold of winter.
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas for curb appeal and safety.
• Water lawns, shrubs, and flowers; fertilize and rake as needed.
• Trim shrubs, plants, and small trees; tend flowers and weed as necessary.
• Spray insecticides as required and assist in pool maintenance.
• Assist in general maintenance tasks and service requests as needed.
