Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and breezeways, keeping areas free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from sidewalks and grounds.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly for upkeep and quality checks.
• Pressure wash the buildings and prepare market-ready units.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
