Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in Missouri City, TX. You will clean and maintain buildings, breezeways, and common areas, replace fixtures, and ensure market-ready units are prepared for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways, keeping them free of trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the property and walkways.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings as needed.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and address issues.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces when required to maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare market-ready units and ensure they are clean and ready for residents.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities to high standards.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris and rubbish.
