Power Auto in Sublimity, OR is seeking a dependable Full‑Time Landscape/Building Maintenance Worker to maintain outdoor and indoor areas. The role requires physical stamina and the safe use of commercial landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities include lawn care, pruning, irrigation maintenance, and routine inspections. Candidates should have 2+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of groundskeeping and maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous outdoor work.
• Knowledge of basic gardening tools, horticulture, and pest management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control.
• Trim and prune trees, shrubs, hedges, and remove dead or damaged plant material.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including seasonal start-up and winterization.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractors, chainsaws).
• Keep outdoor areas clean and safe, including sidewalks, parking lots, and common spaces.
• Remove trash, debris, and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues.
• Testing and recommending new maintenance products.
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
