GROUND TRANSPORT INC in Tempe, AZ is seeking full-time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to be the face of our company by delivering packages safely and professionally. You will operate company-provided trucks and follow routes with steady, year-round work.

We offer a stable schedule, competitive daily pay during training, and opportunities for higher earnings with experience. Paid training lasts about three weeks, and additional days may be available for extra income.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck (step vans and box trucks).
• Deliver and pick up packages along a designated route.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Handle packages of varying sizes (you’ll stay active throughout your day!).
• Follow all company policies and driving regulations.
