Job summary

DCH57 Services Inc. in Temple, TX is hiring regular full-time and part-time FedEx Ground delivery drivers to handle local residential and business deliveries. CDL is not required.

Earn between $700 and $750 per week with paid training, health insurance after 60 days, and paid vacation after 1 year. Routes may have up to 150 stops per day, and drivers must operate safely and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Pass a drug test (including marijuana) with random screens
• Pass a DOT physical
• Lift up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
• Pass FedEx Ground background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work and on-time readiness
• Be able to climb stairs and work in all weather
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your vehicle at all times
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences; up to 150 stops per day
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and load daily deliveries
• Work independently and with the team while maintaining communication with management
• Provide excellent customer service and track delivery process with scanner
• Ensure accurate disposition of deliveries and pickups and timely route completion
