Responsibilities

• Process guest reservations and check-in for the golf course.
• Provide friendly customer service to guests on arrival.
• Display and arrange golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect and process green fees, cart fees and revenue in POS.
• Issue receipts and take messages as needed.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Assist in cash reconciliation at closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
