Responsibilities

• Issue receipts and take messages as needed.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Assist in cash reconciliation at closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Overview

Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida is seeking a full-time Golf Shop Attendant. This role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation and assists guests with golf shop and check-in services.

Experience Required

• Must have a friendly and positive personality
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue from guests and process transactions in the POS system as trained
• Issue receipts for guest purchases
• Take messages for staff or guests
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
