Job summary

Bluejack Ranch seeks a Player Services team member to support outside golf operations across practice areas, tees, caddie programs, and service stations.

You will work full-time, including early mornings, weekends and holidays, outdoors in all weather, and collaborate with the Golf department to deliver exceptional member experiences.

A high school degree and strong communication skills are required.

• Assist in maintenance and management of golf outside services operations across multiple areas.
• Support staff in practice area, 1st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, retail, lessons, club fitting, caddie program, and fleet management.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth operation and high service levels.
• Follow safety and weather-related protocols while delivering services.

Job Title: Player Services

Department: Golf

Directly Reports To: Assistant Golf Professionals

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

At Bluejack Ranch, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be growing our leadership team with the addition of Player Services who will help curate the golf operation of our new Tiger Woods design golf course.

The role – Player Services will be to assist in the maintenance and management of all aspects of the golf outside services operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintain and assist in the following areas and associated staff members: practice area, 1st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, retail, lessons, club fitting, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, valet, club repair and Performance Center.

• This is a full-time job that will include weekends, weekdays, and Holidays. Schedule is flexible as business dictates.
