Job summary

Fellows Creek Golf Club in Canton, MI is seeking a capable Full-Time Mechanic to keep golf maintenance equipment in peak condition. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining gasoline and diesel power gear, machinery, and related systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment managed by Troon.

You will perform preventive maintenance, order parts, maintain records, and ensure safe operation. Prior certificate or 3–6 months related experience preferred; valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English as required for duties.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines, hydraulic systems, and mowing equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform major and mechanical repairs on gasoline and diesel power equipment.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program and track expenses/parts.
• Keep maintenance area clean, safe, and well organized.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventories of parts.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
