Job summary

Tooele County School District seeks a 4th Grade German Dual Immersion Teacher at West Elementary School. The teacher will deliver German-language literacy and core subjects in a 50:50 immersion setting, partnering with an English-speaking colleague to provide high-quality instruction.

Credential requirements include an active Utah teaching license in Elementary Education and a German endorsement. Fluency in German and English is essential, with ongoing professional growth and parental engagement

Qualifications

Active Utah teaching license in Elementary Education or related field.
German World Language Endorsement required.
Fluent in German and English (ACTFL proficiency).

Responsibilities

Teach German literacy and core subjects exclusively in German (50:50 immersion).
