Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a full-time Dentist to provide general dentistry at a walk-in clinic with hours 7:30am-3:30pm. You will perform exam, diagnosis, treatment planning, and both routine and surgical extractions, with access to clinical consultation from our Chief Dental Officer.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License
• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Experience preferred
• Proficient in surgical technique
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of dental equipment

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients within defined scope of service
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Document each dental encounter using SOAP, update health history, obtain consent
• Submit patient treatment log to Corporate Office after each visit
• Provide services within designated hours of operations
