Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a FULL-TIME Dentist for a walk-in clinic in the Pittsburgh area. The role offers medical, dental and vision benefits, vacation time, and a matching 401K. Focus is on general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery; no weekend/evening hours and no on-call or third-party billing.

Responsibilities include exam, diagnosis, treatment of dental issues, and surgical extractions, all documented per SOAP standards. Malpractice is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted dental license in the relevant state.
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Experienced clinician with surgical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of dental equipment.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within defined standards and scope.
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns.
• Perform routine and surgical extractions.
• Document encounters using SOAP; update health history and obtain consent.

We are currently offering a unique opportunity for a FULL-TIME Dentist to provide general dentistry services. The position is at a WALK-IN Clinic, 7:30am-3:30pm. The position includes Medical, Dental and vision benefits, accrued vacation time and a matching 401K. Dentist will provide problem-focused dental services, with an emphasis on oral surgery. DOCS manages all staffing, invoicing, and ordering of dental supplies. No weekend/evening hours, on-call service, or third-party billing. The Dentist will have direct access to DOCS’ Chief Dental Officer for clinical consultation and support. DOCS provides malpractice reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients consistent with professional standards within defined scope of service.
• Treatment of acutely symptomatic concerns
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Document each dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, update the patient's health history, and obtain patient consent prior to delivering care.
• Submit patient treatment log to Corporate Office after each dental visit
• Perform dental services within designated hours of operations

Requirements

• Possess and maintain an active and unrestricted State Dental License
• Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry (DDS/DMD)
• Experienced clinician preferred
• Confident and proficient in surgical technique
• Ability to lift portal dental equipment weighing up to 50lbs
