Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front Of House Team Member in Branson to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating welcoming experiences for guests and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Flexible, full or part-time schedules are available, with Sundays off and opportunities for growth. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training is provided, and you will work closely with a local owner/operator to develop

Chick-fil-A operates the 3rd largest fast-food chain and specializes in chicken menu items, with more than 2500 restaurants in 47 states. The chain is popular for its breaded chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, as well as other menu items such as chicken strips and chicken nuggets. The chain was started in 1946 by former chairman Truett Cathy. Back then he established a policy that all restaurants be closed on Sundays to guarantee family time each week and we continue to honor this today.

Serving a breaded, boneless chicken breast between two buttered buns is a seemingly simple idea--but it was a novelty for its time. Truett Cathy experimented for years at the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, GA when in 1964, he finally arrived at the perfect recipe. On that day, the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich was born. That capital A is on purpose - it means "grade A top quality". Truett's customers told him, "We like it, don't change it again." And we haven't.
