Chick-fil-A Raytown is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members toward operational excellence. You will help set the tone for shifts, uphold brand standards, and foster a growth-minded, caring workplace for guests and colleagues alike.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a passion for service, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Be team‑oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability
• Be adaptable and efficient Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Shift lead and/or assist shift leader
• Count drawers
