Chick-fil-A Raytown is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership, coach team members, and drive daily operations with urgency and a commitment to excellence.

You will coach, communicate goals, and help build a positive culture of growth and belonging while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability
• Be adaptable and efficient in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Shift lead and/or assist shift leader
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
