Collaborate with carriers and teammates to meet daily shipping goals and uphold safety standards. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with benefits and overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receive shipments and verify products against packing slips.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Organize inventory and store products properly.
• Build pallets and crates for shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight companies.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and support team goals.
