Job summary

Holley Performance is seeking a Full Time Forklift Operator in Bowling Green, KY. The role focuses on safe handling of basic powered equipment for receipt, storage, and order fulfillment, with an emphasis on product safety and quality.

Responsibilities include order picking, loading/unloading, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and daily cycle counts. The position requires basic window-based tool experience and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 lb. on an occasional basis.
• Experience using RF scanners and basic window-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Full/Partial case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting and building product to pallets to ensure compliance to customer expectation.
• Use of machinery to apply shrink-wrap to pallets.
• Perform a pre- and post-equipment checklist.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need.
• Adhere to safety standards set forth by our company.
