Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC. is seeking a Forklift Driver for our warehouse team. You will handle the sorting, loading, unloading, and staging of materials to support shipping and receiving operations. This role requires constant physical movement and high activity levels.

Key duties include loading/unloading freight, organizing stock, and assisting with daily logistics tasks. The position offers full-time hours, 12-hour shifts, and eligibility for comprehensive insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Valid forklift operator license is required.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Frequent movement and getting on/off forklift.
• Open to mandatory overtime and weekend shifts when requested.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers and staging areas.
• Organize and label warehouse loads according to inventory systems.
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving tasks.
• Train on new operating machinery as needed.
